Since Bitbucket was released, the web interface has only been available in English. A while back, we started work on making bitbucket.org translatable, and the tedious task of making all strings translatable is now complete.
In order to get community help, we’ve put a translation project on Transifex where they offer a functional, yet easy to use interface to localize content. Kudos to the Transifex team!
As you can see, we’ve made progress on several languages by now, but we would like to ask for your help to complete these translations and get more added.
Go ahead and create an account on Transifex; if there’s a team for your language you can request to join that team, or request a new team to kickstart localizing to your native language.
